Herefords Northern NSW Youth Committee are probably the most progressive Hereford Youth Group in Australia
We run an annual Hereford Youth Camp in January and over the past two years this camp has attracted around 100 competitors from all over the state.
Participants at our annual Youth Show are from 7 – 25 years in age and the competitors at this event partake in numerous activities from lectures about all facets of livestock production, health, and safety to more practical tasks of parading cattle, public speaking and junior judging as well as some fun activities at the end of the day.
Herefords Northern NSW Senior Group is very conscious of maintaining our Youth connection and we run various educational days/weekends for our Youth Group to further help them progress in our evolving livestock industry. Please head to the events page for links to forms for our annual Youth Camp.
